Terms of service

By purchasing artwork from me, you automatically agree to my terms of service. Make sure to read everything thoroughly and carefully.If you have any questions, feel free to contact me!
General
- I have the right to not accept / cancel your commission for any reason. Mainly for violating my TOS / being rude or sending inappropriate stuff / spamming me / etc.- By violating my TOS, you can also end up on my personal blacklist- You have to be at least 15 years old to be able to commission me- Do not claim my work as yours. Always give credit when you use / repost my artwork- Removing my watermark is prohibited- All commissions are for personal use only. Exceptions (like for commercial use) can be made, but it needs to be discussed through- Printing your commissioned piece onto merch for personal use or gifting does not fall under commercial use, therefore you're allowed to do so- You and other artists are not allowed to draw / alter upon my finished work, unless I gave you permission to do so- I will not draw in another artist's style- I'm always open for quotes if needed. They are valid for 3 months, after the time passes you'll have to ask for another one.- I do not take deadlines. You can try asking for them, but I won't guarantee to fulfill them- I have the right to use the artwork for
self-promotion, which means that I can post your commissioned art on my socials- I only accept private commissions, if it's for an exclusive reason (gifts, etc.) and only for NSFW commissions. You'll have to let me know beforehand, if you want me to keep your commission private- Artwork made by me is completely prohibited to be used for NFTs- I don't allow my artwork to be used in AI programs under any circumstances
Custom designs / adoptables:
- You have full rights to your newly bought character designed by me- Sales for adoptables are final. No refunds are accepted- You can change the design of the character however you want- You may not resell the design for more than you bought it for, unless there's additional art / items coming with the character- Make sure to credit me as the creator of the character, even after redesigning the design

- Other stuff not listed here that I might be uncomfortable with
When commissioning me:
- Please do not start our conversation with just ''Hi'' or ''How are you'' as I tend to ignore these messages. Start with saying you're interested in commission with the first message instead- Have your ideas in mind when commissioning me. If you won't specify anything about what you want,
I take it an artistic freedom and do whatever I feel will fit with your character- If I don't respond in 48 hours, feel free to send me another message- I can give you up to 3 weeks max to respond to my messages and WIPs. After that, I'll automatically cancel your commission assuming you're not interested anymore, unless there are other reasons to this happening- I'll need a unshaded digital reference sheet of your character from at least one point of view (both SFW and NSFW refs are okay with me) - obviously doesn't apply for customs and such- I start working after the payment is made- I work gradually on commissions, you can always check on my queue list where you are positioned.
I won't skip anyone before you and I won't take rush fees- Commissions can take from days to months, depending on the complexity of your commission, length of my queue or other unpredictable life situations- WIPs are sent regularly when needed (usually after sketch and before shading). Use this time to point out any edits you want, as I won't accept them after you'll approve the sketch. If there will be edits needed after the sketch stage, you'll be charged a fee, depending on how big the edits are going to be. This doesn't apply if the edits are needed because of my mistakes- For customs, you are free to ask for edits as much as you want. You are also free to edit your character yourself afterwards, since you'll have full rights to the design- Do not use or post WIPs sent by me publically, unless I gave you permission to do so- Do not spam me asking about updates. If there will be any, I'll send them to you- Finished work will be sent to you through email or as a link to download in full quality. Make sure to save it, as I don't guarantee having files put up for long-term download
Payment:
- Payments are done through bank transfer, Revolut or PayPal- Do not send payments before I'll accept to your commission- You have 48 hours to pay for your commission after me accepting it, unless otherwise agreed- Failure to pay will lead to me cancelling your commission without refunding any of the already paid installments - if on payment plan- When sending a payment, make sure to put your handles (socials) in the note box so I'll know it's you- Payment plans are available for commissions above 80 EUR / 2000 CZK
Refunds:
- You can ask for a full refund only if I haven't started on your commission yet- I won't accept refunds after starting on your commission- If I'm unable to do or finish your commission, you'll receive full refund- If you violate my TOS during the process of your started commission after I warned you, I have the right to cancel your commission without giving you any refund- Unfair refunding (chargebacks) while and after your commission is being made or finished will lead to you ending up on my blacklist and me warning other artists about your behaviour. If you have any issues with your commissioned piece, please come talk to me first to resolve said issue
Shipping physical items:
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of their items. Shipping cost is not included in the art price itself- Once the package leaves my hands, I have no responsibility or control over it. If there are any problems with the delivery of your parcel, contact postal carriers the package is being delivered with- Be aware that I have pets, that might have been in contact with the items. Let me know beforehand
